Windows 8.1 text changed to shapes help please

Hello, an error occured to mewhen i was deleting a virus from regedit, i accidently deleted a wrong file... Then when i restarted my computer, this shows up: i hope someone can help me out because i cant even login because of this error: . i am using a HP probook 450GO. Thanks in advance

Do you have a restore point? You could try booting to safe mode and running a restore point from there. It may put the infection back but at least you will be able to read the font if it works. Then take another shot at cleaning up the system.
