Windows 8.1 administrator rights problem

Hi all,
I just installed windows 8.1 and have annoying problem. I have my account ''Antonio'' and also I can see Administrator account when switch users. Anyway, I need to type password (which I didnt set up) every time when I do something-even deleting shortcut icons. I tried to change account type from Antonio account- nothing happens. I set administrator right but nothing. Now it is asking me for password but when I click ok nothing happens. I tried to do the same thing from Administrator- there is no Antonio user only Administrator and Guests (off).
I tried via hard disk- right clik, security then set permissions but nothing.

Second problem- its asking me to enter password for Antonio account when switching users even if I manage to turn that off in Control panel power options and done that famous NETPLWIZ thing...

Why they made this such complicated anyway??? Never had problem in windows 7.

Is there any solution to this?

I may not be following along properly, but is it asking for a password, even though you never created one?

Yes but now its better for example- it s not asking me for password when deleting icons etc. I don't know what happened. But I didnt set password.

Also it wont let me to save files on other partition where is win 7 installed. It says dont have permission so I will probably format that partition...
