Solved Right click a file = explorer crash

Hello,
Every file I right click make explorer to crash. Folders don't crash when I right click them but files yes.
It happenned to me right after installing tune up and used TuneUp program desactivator, Auto start manager. I also used defragmentation which I stopped because it was too long.
Can someone help me ?

Any system restore points before this happened ? Revert changes made from utility program, could be due to a shell extension software puts in your context menu when you right click. CCleaner can check extensions if have it, if not CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download
Go to Tools menu, startup at top select Context Menu see what is in the list, select and disable any third party extensions.
Most of time reason for this when you right click and explorer crashes it's due to a shell extension.

Thanks you very much. I did what you tell with CCleaner and it worked. However I want to keep some of my shell extension. I saw that in CCleaner there is a restauration option but there is no restauration for AVG Tune Up. Would it be possible to use my shell extensions again ?

I use WiseCare for years, free version is just fine, then there is Glary Utilities or Baidu Cleaner.

Still need to work on what is causing explorer to crash, most likely in your case with right click it is a shell extension, as said either disable all and renable one at a time or disable on at a time till can see if find one causing the problem with the crash. Most of those utilities may cause you trouble, CCleaner seems to be least.
