While I'm playing a game like Counter Strike Global Offensive or any other game, sometimes randomly, my screen will freeze up and i'll lose sound but my computer shows that it's still running. I can't alt tab or ctrlaltdelete, only way for me to 'fix' the problem is by holding down my power button and restarting that way. I noticed this little guy called "Service Host: Local System (Network Restricted)(9)" in my task manager that will Randomly go up to 90%+ Disk Usage from time to time. I guess I was pretty lucky to catch it this time around. I belive this is the cause of my problem. I ran tests on my cpu, gpu, psu, ram, harddrive, etc and everythings fine in the hardware dpt. How do I permanently fix this issue? I don't want it randomly hogging my disk usage up causing my computer to "crash." Here's a screenshot but it's not at 90% at the time I took the screenshot, it went down at that time 90disk.png
I'd greatly appreciate the help!

Download Process Explorer to show the Sub-Processes. You can get it from Microsoft.com if you search for "Sysinternals. You can also use Resource Monitor, by going to the Performance tab in Task manager.

We always had an issue with McAfee causing it on the workstations that the State of Illinois loaded that and some other crapware on.
