Start Menu not working! Just showing error!!!

Recently I noticed that the start menu had a blank picture on it. when i clicked on it this came up:

Please Help! I've tryed almost everything...:(:think::cry:

do you have a third party start menu installed? Have you rebooted or restarted explorer in task manager? Mine goes dead from time to time (never a blank image) and a restart of explorer does the trick. If not, reboot.

I dont have a third party start menu installed, Ive tryed restarting explorer and I've tryed rebooting but it still wont work

It looks like you do have a 3rd party Start menu installed, from Pokki, according to a Google search of the process name. You'll probably want to uninstall that, and if you really want an actual Start Menu in 8.1, get Classic Shell (free) or StartIsBack (very cheap).

I've looked through my programs and I dont have anything like Pokki. The picture above is also like that for the PC app store if its any help. it also gives me the same error
