Solved Clicking sound when using CTRL+key or SHIFT+key

In Windows 8, I am hearing a clicking sound whenever I use either CTRL+key or SHIFT+key

So, when I'm doing shortcuts, or capitalising letters..... it just makes an annoying clicking sound.

How do I turn this off?

OK. Don't worry.

This occurs when you have the on-screen keyboard switch on.

If you switch off the on-screen keyboard, it no longer happens.
