Can't Boot via USB or CD [No boot disc found]

Hello, this is a follow up from my last post.

Well I switched out my harddrives, and the harddrive that's currently in it only has one partition, and it's blank. But I have hit a snag when trying to install a OS.

Here is the error I'm seeing no matter what boot device I'm using:

    Broadcom UNDI PXE-2.1 v15.0.11
    Copyright (C) 2000-2011 Broadcom Corporation
    Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Broadcom Corporation

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
    PXE-M0f: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM.

Do you have a Windows CD/DVD with the OS on it - or are you trying to install from a USB stick?
If USB, did you create a "bootable" USB stick? See tutorials on installing Windows. =General%20Tips]Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool - Windows 7 Help Forums

Also, you would need to go into BIOS and set it to start from your CD or USB (not the hard drive). On some machines you can hit F12 while the BIOS screen is up and that will give you a boot options menu where you would select what computer should try to boot from.

Try disabling Secure Boot in BIOS.

Also, the BIOS should show whatever is connected to the USB port when you are choosing to boot from it. If it is blank beside USB: then it is not seeing it.

Thanks CountryBumkin, apparently I needed to create a USB that was bootable with a UEFI bios.
