Change Window 8.1 OEM key for a retail window 8.1 key

Hi I recently bought a window 8.1oem key and since I am planing to make a big upgrade on my pc I want to buy a new key but from a retail window
So I want to ask how can I change or deactivated the oem key and put the new retail key without the need to do a clean install. And if I can reuse the oem key for anothe build with the old motherboard linked with the oem key.

Tkns for all the answers and sry for my english.

If you buy the same version you should be able to use the Change Key option on the System page. If your current install is the non Pro version and you want to move up to Pro, then all you do is use the Add features option to upgrade to Pro. You just type in the Pro key and it unlocks the Pro features. You should then be able to install Windows 8 on the old motherboard with the old key. If its a big hardware change you should really clean install on the new hardware to avoid driver issues.

There is NO difference (as far as features ) between OEM and Retail
So unless you are upgrading to Pro - there is no need to purchase another key..

The OEM key is activated to your current system and it can NOT be transferred to another system..

He's buying new hardware (replacing motherboard) so he heeds a new key. That's how I read it anyway.
He also doesn't want to reinstall Windows. That's why I sujjested change key or using add features.
The new motherboard gets a new key and the old key goes with the old motherboard.
    Unless I misread something?
