Computer restart on shutdown

Whenever I shutdown my computer, it automatically restarts after a few seconds and I have to manually press the power button to turn it off. I've included my SF Diagnostic Tool results, please help me out if you have time. It's not urgent, but it's quite tedious. Thanks.
