Search - Administrator Tools do not show up in results

When searching for basic administrator tools in the windows search (ie: disk cleanup, windows update, etc...) they are not showing up in the results section. This is only a problem for one laptop and not a problem with the other company laptops.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the administrator tools to populate in the results. I am cloning this laptop so I can create an image that can be used on other laptop, so I really don't want this "issue" to be on 30 laptops (my OCD just won't be happy about it).

Any suggestions?

But when I click on "PC Settings", Windows opens a different screen. I don't have the "tiles" option.

Log into Desktop mode, use Windows key "X" to bring up the context menu for the Control Panel. It should show up. This is the path for Disk Cleanup: %windir%\system32\cleanmgr.exe For System Optimize/Defrag: %windir%\system32\dfrgui.exe Personally I would use Classic Start or Start8 & Metromix from stardock.com You can still run Metro apps from the desktop. It makes life so much easier, than dealing with that fubar of a Tablet interface that they put on the Desktops & Laptops.
