How do i change the language direction writing ?

I have windows 8.1 pro.
When I type here now in this forum a message in English it's starting like it should be from left to right.

But if I will change here the language to Hebrew(My home language) it will keep writing from left to right but it should be from right to left.
In another forum when I start a new message and type in English it's starting writing at the right side and move left.
And I don't have any option to change the write direction I did with the mouse right click but no option.

Is there any way to make that when I change the language between English and Hebrew it will change the direction of writing automatic and will move to the beginning of the line automatic ? So I will not need to change and set it all the time each time.

For example in this screenshot it's not this forum and there when I type in English for example hello world so the first letter H was first when typing it on the right end side of the line and when I keep typing the rest it's pushing the other letters to the left. When it should all start from the beginning to type from the left to right.
