Configuration for Trackpad pinch zoom

Hi everyone.

I've bought myself a new Dell Inspiron 7537. This is the first time I have a laptop with touchscreen.
I'm still trying to get use to it, and there's something I want to ask.
I've discovered that there are 2 types of pinch zoom.
- The first one is pinch zoom on the touch screen, which is really smooth and responsive. What it does is that it zooms the display .
- The second one is what I really hate, pinch zoom on the trackpad. The different is that this zooms the webpage and its data, it increases the font size of the text, pictures, every content of the webpage while trying to fit everything in the display. It has the same effect as Ctrl + and Ctrl - and it is very laggy!

So my question is: Is there a way to configure the trackpad pinchzoom so that will work just like touch screen pinch zoom?
I know the surface can do that since I've tried it in the store. Zooming with the trackpad on the type cover does the same as zooming on the touch display.
I've been searching everywhere on the internet but couldn't find any way to configure the trackpad pinch zoom. I really hope someone could help me. Thank you in advance.

You need to make those changes in the Control Panel under the Mouse setting. There should be a tab labeled "Device Settings", that you can use to change the advanced mouse settings. Basic computer 101.
