This sounds to me as a hardware problem.

1. Are your device drivers all up to date?
2. Is all of your devices connected properly "Data cables to hard drive, DVD Drive, all connections to motherboard" etc? Make sure you turn off all power before doing this.

If none of those solve the problem, then other troubleshooting will need to be done.

1. Remove your RAM Stick, move to a different slot on the board "Make sure power is off and power supply unplugged before doing this, and also check your motherboard manual for proper placement of your RAM"

2. I see in your logs that I see a RAID driver installed. For a standard Windows 8.1 setup, your SATA controller should be set to AHCI in the UEFI BIOS. Check your UEFI, make sure its set to AHCI, also, if you are over clocking, reset your motherboard to optimal defaults, set drives to AHCI, then restart.
(Please note that your computer may blue screen after changing to AHCI as windows will only boot from the raid if windows was installed that way. You may have to do a windows reinstallation.

3. Sometimes even is memtest doesn't find errors on the RAM, there is a chance there are issues between the RAM and the motherboard. You may want to buy another stick of RAM like GSKILL RIPJAWS X series, and do things as normal. If problem continues, then get another hard drive, install Windows on a new drive. There is a small chance there is an issue with the hard drive. If problem persists, then worst case scenario is that there is a problem with your motherboard and you may want to do a RMA.

Hope this helps
