Solved Pin file shortcut to Start?
I've searched all over and I can't seem to find this - I have a file I keep notes in that I've always kept at the top of my Win 7 Start menu. Not just the Word Pad app mind you, but the specific file.
For the life of me I can't figure out how to pin the file shortcut as a Metro tile. Help?

Unfortunately, you can only pin a app, program, folder, or drive to the Start screen.
If you like, you could add
Quick Launch to the taskbar and have the file in it to make using it easier instead of it being in the Jump List of WordPad.

OK, as long as I'm not crazy and missing anything. Also, we can chalk this up to one step BACKWARDS from Win 7.
