This problem is NOT a Blue Screen problem. But it is a crash of sorts. First of all my icons are blank. Until I touch the right mouse button. Then when I touch the right mouse, the cursor changes into a never ending hour glass which only stops when I stop and reboot Windows 8.1 . I have a feeling I need to re-install. But I'll lose alot of apps. Maybe I should just wait until I get my USB backup drive. In the mean time could you please look at my printout and see if anything looks strange?
