Solved When I double click a folder, it opens "Documents" folder

When I double click any folder, it opens "Documents" folder in a new window. If I right click and choose "Open" it works fine.

HP Pavillion Desktop with Win 8.1pro X64bit.

If you like, download and merge the .reg file for the folder and directory options in the tutorial below to see if it may help if it's an issue with the default registry entries for them.

Sorry, I was trying to use search to find a solution, thats why my question was so short. What happens is when I double click ANY folder on my desktop, it automatically opens to the folder in a new window named "This PC>Documents".

Problem solved, tried using the files from your suggestions. Would not let me change the registry with the Folder reg.
Used the restore to go back a few days and it cleared up, Thanks for trying.
