Problem when screenshotting or recording with any tool

Hello my mighty Eight Forums users! It's my first thread really and I hope that it's my last (About a problem I guess). So, my problem is that whenever I use any recording or screenshotting tool (Fraps, Bandicam, Lightshot and even the default Windows Snipping tool) it just turns out negative or well just weird colored. I've tried reversing the colors but it just turns into a weird mix of other strange colors and I have no Idea why. It just started happening a couple of weeks ago. It doesn't do that on Windows 10. I've tried changing my graphics card in hope that it'll make a difference but it really didn't. Would appreciate help immediately. Thanks

Does the same error persist if you press PrtSc and then CTRL + V into Paint ?
