If it actually boots up be very surprised. Backing up your data is a good idea, do it while you can. Obvious damage would be a cracked screen, cracked or broken case. Clicks from the hard drive. Lockups, freezing, failure to boot up. Beeps during boot up or unusual BIOS messages during boot up.

Is this RAID 0 or RAID 1? Data recovery from RAID 1 is relatively simple, IF the drive is readable. But that is a big if. Data recovery from RAID 0 can be a challenge even for a data recovery professional.

In such cases there may be hidden damage not detectable even with close physical examination.

Backups should be made when everything is working well. After problems develop may be too late.

Thanks I can't plug in the external hard drive
You have to remove the drive from the laptop and be able to connect it to a working PC; otherwise, there is no way to recover anything from it.
and windows wont decet it
This is confusing as, in order for Windows to even look for it, the PC must be working and it can't do that if it can't even detect the drive!
The bowed keyboard is the least of your concerns, as keyboards are generally easy to remove and replace. You just google the make and model of the laptop and you should be able to find links to procedures for removing/replacing the keyboard.

IF the drive can not be detected when connected to a working PC, then it is most likely damaged physically, and in that case, it can only be recovered if rebuilt in a commercial facility that repairs drives -- and in the US, you are looking at $1000 USD to start, for such a procedure.

No, I wouldn't trust it at all. Having HP look at it after incurring physical damage will cost unless you got the optional warranty against physical damage and it is still valid.
