I own an ASUS G56JK notebook, newly installed windows 8.1 64bit.
I can not adjust my brightness using keyboard shortcuts or using system tools. And as you can see in the screenshot, brightness control is "unavailable". I have installed all the drivers including VGA driver. I have tried updating monitor and microsoft basic display adapter in device manager.
I have one more problem, I have updated my BIOS to 202, the latest version, and I cannot find power options. I want to set an automatic power-on timer for my laptop.
Your help would be much appreciated.
