Wierd youtube bug

I have a weird bug where maximizing a YouTube video and then pressing escape to exit results in windows explorer crashing. I have to then reboot my computer by holding down the power button.

I think it may have something to do with silverlight, as I downloaded that for netflix and the problem started.

Specs:
Asrock b75 pro3
Intel Core i5 3550
8GB 1600mhz
Western Digital 150gb raptor

I am still having this bug. I noticed it happens randomly and not just Youtube. I have diagnosed my computer thoroughly and I cannot attribute this to a hardware problem.

The window I am using will freeze up, and then I will not be able to click on anything. I cannot log out or do anything and windows basically locks me out, forcing a hard reset. It feels like a software bug and I have no idea what's causing it.
