hello friends i am new here and also dont know too much about windows 8. It was simpler till windows 7. This post might be long but please go through it if you have time and help me.
I was trying to reset pc and computer shutdown on its own and now when i power it on it says preparing automatic repair and shuts down. Also it sometimes shows bluescreen but it is unreadable as it is for less than a second. I have already backedup my product key and have System Image taken in external hdd before crash. This image is not in iso format i am attaching screenshot of how it looks like. Also as the product key is embedded in the bios and i should install same version of windows it came with to be able to get it activated, is that right? It came with Windows 8 Single language. If so, where can i find the download link for Windows 8 Single Language.
Another doubt is, as i already have the product key (extracted from OEM windows 8) can i install Windows 8.1 and put this product key that i have when i asks for one? If so please help me with Windows 8.1 single language download link.
