Are you saying that it is trying to boot into Samsung recovery?

I also see that your system came with windows 8 and was updated to windows 8.1

no its booting directly to recovery without pressing anything

it seems the bios\partition has got a bug on it and it can be a part of booting windows

I'm guessing there's some error detection when the system jumps to the boot code and doesn't find some signature. That's why I'm suggesting undoing whatever partition operation you did. I don't know if it will go back the way it was but the closer to the event that changed it for the worse the better the chance of undoing it.
