How find .SPS files from this year that contain "qwerty"?

How can I find all files in "documents" that
    (1) were created this year
    and
    (2) have a .SPS extension
    and
    (3) contain a specific string such as "query" or "now is the time" ?

I have windows 8.1 with all the updates.

Use UltraSearch and then the "*" wildcard.

There's a tutorial on Windows search filters at the following link:
Search - Find More with Filters and Operators

    Maybe something like this:
    ext:sps created:2015 name:"query" OR name:"now is the time"

    I should have been clearer.

The string I would like to search for in not in the filespec.

The string is in the contents of the file.

    Thank you

I first downloaded from CNET but it came with unwanted added software.

I then read the post more carefully and obtained a clean version of the program. I used it a couple times and it worked for finding files that contained specific strings.

What I want is a simple answer. Failing that, an answer that is not too complicated. In my line of work, I am continually installing and reinstalling Windows and, on top, client-specified applications. Ever since I went over to Windows x64; first, version 7; then 8, now 8.1, I have had recurring...
