Depending on your settings, it might have been cleaned silently, or it might have been cleaned by CCleaner.
CCleaner actually does a great job preventing malware infections by cleaning cache, temp folders and such.

No AV detects all viruses, scanning with multiple AVs increases the chance of detecting nalware infections.
Try to use CCleaner's reg cleaner or use WiseCare as well. There might be a reg reference to a deleted file.

EDIT: Check also scheduled tasks in CCleaner, it might be setup to run as a task to repeat itself.

Use WiseCare as well, it goes more in depth, but it still safe, creates backups, so anything can be restored.
Gophoto is one of those extensions, which adds ADs into the browser, better to rescan the PC for leftovers.

I guess, you will have to remove it manually after all. When you see the popup again, do not close it, open task manager, right click on the process and select open file location. If it is being opened by Firefox, like by an installed extension, then it will get a little more complicated.

You might try disabling Windows scripting all together, but you would just probably get a different message.
