Every time I try to hibernate my laptop the screen goes black and after 30 seconds I see the login screen.

If I open a command prompt and type shutdown /h I get to see the next message "The configuration registry database is corrupt.(1009)"

So I thought my register is corrupt and ran a SFC /scannow but after the scan it says it cant repair the registry.

the SFCdetail.txt says that there is a mismatch so next thing I did was try to solve that.
that led me to this website.

GUIDE: CNBJ2530.DPB and prncacla.inf Corruptions - Windows 8/8.1 - Sysnative Forums

I downloaded the program but it didn't do anything for me.
See SFCFIX/.txt
I also tried using DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth but that didnt help either

is there anything else I can do ?
I wish I could to a system refresh but I don't have a Windows installation media.
