Crash on Startup, and I don't know how to fix it.

I'm using Windows 8.1, and I've downloaded some of the updates, and I turned off my computer over night, and now when I try to start up, it gets right past the screen where I can press delete for the bios and it crashes. I'm not sure what is making it happen, and I don't know if its a problem with the motherboard or anything, but the motherboard I'm using is a Gigabyte GA-X-99 UD4.
