Everything is suddenly faulty

I don't know if I have a unique error but I can't install anything and I'm getting a multitude of different errors. I have absolutely no clue what to do and feel like crying.

Run some bug scans. MALWAREBYTES will tell you if you've picked up some unwanted programs. Then follow up with SUPER ANTISPYWARE which detects some more bad startup apps. Finally I run SPYBOT SEARCH & DESTROY which has an immunize feature that I like. Then update and run your anti-virus if you have one. When done repost something specific. There is no way to diagnose anything from what you've posted here.
