Clicking the setup.exe installs the IOS nicely.

I has worked for me with Windows 10 TP.
Other ISOs have the setup.exe file also.
    Have your Product key handy.

The first link is in a private area not available to everyone.

    Brink responded as follows:

Thank you David, but we already have this as OPTION ONE in the tutorial below.

Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 ISO - Download or Create

In addition, see step 3 in OPTION FOUR below.

Upgrade Install to Windows 8 or Windows 8.1

Okay i have made a DVD but it wont detect my hard drive as an area to install windows when i plug it in to the board itself . I can plug it in as an external drive & it will detect it but it wont let me install to there due to it being a " GPT disk " .

So far i have tried to install windows on my HDD but it wont detect my HDD unless i plug it in as an external where it tells me it cant install to my HDD because its a GPT disk .

I have tried using refresh your pc option with my HDD plugged into the board & it tells me " the drive where windows is installed is locked . Unlock the drive and try again " .
The reset your pc option simply tells me " unable to reset your pc a required drive partition is missing . "
I'm not really sure whats left to do here ? i can get to the command prompt if needed as there is an option though . any suggestions anyone ?

Go into your Firmware (Bios) settings and Disable Legacy Support... Because your Setup DVD is booting your PC in legacy Mode.. And thus the GPT message..

Once you get that taken care of - boot from the setup media, once you get to the install screen - hit F10 or SHIFT+F10 to bring up a command prompt..

    type> Dism /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions

that should unlock your internal GPT disk
