If you can get your hands on a Macrium WinPE disk/USB you might be able to see your partitions and use the restore "tab" to fix the boot loader. But this is more Jimmy's(KYHI) thing than mine.

I believe i can do so . My only current issue is since it now boots from the HD i can only boot from CDs if i disconnect the HD from the laptop board itself . would it be wise to buy an HD enclosure so i can plug up the HD to the laptop via usb and work on it then connect it back to the board and boot from the HD ? ( i hope that made sense :/ ) .

Yeah that makes sense but I don't know if it'll work that way. can you "Hot Plug" meaning reconnect the SATA cable after the PC is booted to DVD/CD?

probably a good idea, unless someone else in the forums has an idea. If you backed up your files using file history and sync'd your PC to onedrive after reinstallation you'll only need your programs/software(unless you do like me and always save the most current install /setup.exe files to a thumbdrive. Don't forget your drivers.
