High DPC Latency, Mouse is the issue?

Well, yesterday I noticed that my audio was dropping dead whenever I moved my mouse, so I decided to do some research.
It is my mouse drivers (8.1 Standard) that is either damaged or broken. I have never encountered this issue before and it is bugging me.

Because it is the standard one, how do I fix it?
I cannot uninstall the drivers or reset them to an earlier version.

Are you sure it is the mouse faulty?

Drop in performance/ mouse stuttering after about 20 min
    Service Interrupts
I'm one of the users with this problem as well.. and its all happen in these recent days..

It is not the mouse, it is the drivers. I tried with another mouse and it still happens.-

I cannot recall what it was in Windows 7 exactly, but it was much less than 500us. In Windows 8, it never drops below 1000us. I measured the DPC Latency using the DPC Latency Checker. Any idea why this is? Immature drivers? (Specs in the sig btw) 7761 This is also on the *leaked*...
