Confirmation Textbox For Renaming A Read Only File

Hello, I remember back in Windows XP: Trying to rename a file that has a Read Only attribute will have Explorer ask you if you are sure that you want to rename this file with a Read Only attribute. Windows 8.1 is set up not to ask you that question when renaming a Read Only file, and just lets you rename with no confirmation box.

I want Windows 8.1 to ask me if it's okay with me to rename a Read Only file that I tried renaming.
I want my Confirmation Dialog Box.

I tried looking online to see if there's an option that I can enable that would have this dialog box show up for renaming a Read Only file, yet I cannot find anything about it. I'm sure someone here knows of some Registry key or something that can do this. Any help would be much appreciated.
