Hebrew being replaced as squares

Help!!! Squares while in search!

Hi everyone!
When I'm doing a search in Hebrew to find files on my windows 8, the results are being replaced by squares. I cannot read it! Please help!

No one here to help me? Many of my friends are struggling with this issue.

Check your unicode settings under language in control panel. They need to be hebrew.

Of course they're in Hebrew, if not I wouldn't be able to get other than the search displayed in Hebrew. Am I correct?

Look in Language and Region, see what is listed for non-unicode language, Windows assumes the OS language and right to left show squares, may have to change before searching...
