I've changed how chrome is coming up, how do i fix!?

Okay so a second ago my computer was in a normal windowed state for google chrome, like something you'd see in windows 7. It randomly closed, I don't know if I pressed or dragged something but now it's in a state like that if you would open the store (like how most apps open in windows 8.1) and I have NO idea how to get it back to it's original state.

If anyone could lend me a hand I would greatly appreciate it.
    (I'm on windows 8.1)
