Beeps during the booting process.

My brand new Acer E15 Start that I bought about a week ago has begun to beep 4 times during the booting process and then beep even more if I click any button on the keyboard. When I get to the lock screen I can't put my password in because I'm stuck at the page where it shows the time, date WiFi signal and battery. Further more, the mouse doesn't show up and the keyboard doesn't work except for occasional times when I press enter and I get to the screen to input the password but then I'm stuck there because the keyboard won't work anymore. Is there anyway to fix this or do I have to return my laptop?
