How do I solve "the system cannot find the file specified"

I had a problem with my windows 8.1 password. I forgot it BUT I solved the issue by following the instructions in this tutorial. I have reached step number 32 which comes after the changes I made for Utilman.exe and cmd.exe. I got this message "The system cannot find the file specified" when I was about to roll back these changes.

Step number 32 says: Type ren Utilman.exe.original Utilman.exe

When I pressed (Enter) I got The system cannot find the file specified.

please check the image and help me find solution for the problem. I believe I have to get back the Utilaman.exe and cmd.exe to its normal activity.

    thanks in advance.

You deleted Utilman.exe then you tried to rename it. That will never work.

That file is located in several places on my Win 8.1 system. Should be the same for you. Try copying it from one of the alternate places (make sure same size) to C:\Windows\system32.

Or run sfc /scannow from a Elevated Command Prompt. That should restore it.
