    That's one of the nice things with Start menu/screen just type the first few letters and "sometimes" it gets you what you need.

    Sorry folks, I still do it the old way, using Quick Launch tool bar for all my everyday and sometimes used program. The rest I'll just get as I always have from the program in my start menu. I still don't get how its better to make more motions to open something. When they are a single click away.
