Hi, im new in the forum. I made a new installation of Windows 8.1, and it freezes at random. I can not use the pc, the only option left to me is reboot

I try this, but none of it worked:
  • Windows Update Troubleshooter.
  • sfc /scannow.
  • DISM to Fix Component Store Corruption in Windows 8.
  • Update all drivers (Windows & SlimDrivers).

Specs:
Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
CPU: AMD FX-8350 23 °C Vishera 32nm Technology
RAM: 16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 797MHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 970A-DS3P (CPU 1)
Graphics: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (EVGA)
Storage: 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-60ZF5A0 (SATA)
Optical Drives: ASUS DRW-24F1ST a
Audio: Realtek High Definition Audio

Sorry for my bad English. Several days I try to solve this problem but I fail. I reinstalled Windows 3 times. Thanks for readme :(

Which Anti virus program you have in your PC? try scanning for any infections with Malwarebytes, Superantispyware and remove any infections if they find any.

Be patient, someone will help you as soon as they can, in the mean time try the above.

I only have Windows Defender installed, because its a new installation.

Thanks for your answer! I will try with Malwarebytes! ;)

When you say freeze do you mean you get a BSOD or just stalls on a particular screen and have you ran hardware diagnostics through the BIOS

You may also check Event Viewer in Computer Management for what is happening before the freeze.

I run hardware diagnostics and everything its ok.

The Event Viewer show this messages:

  • Warning: The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ROOT\WPD\0000 (strange, all drivers are updated)
  • Critical: Error 41, This error can occur if the system stopped responding , crashed , or the power supply is interrupted unexpectedly. (for the reboot i guess)

I run an analysis but no malware was found.

Looks like you may have voltage problems with your PSU, view Testing your PSU for stability:

Hdmonitor run and these are the results ( i dont understand very well how to interpret if they are correct ):

Everything looks normal so your PSU is ok from what I see.

What if anything is attached to your computer besides keyboard and mouse, any yellow exclamation marks or red X in Device Manager especially the USB controllers, right click them and check in properties if running properly.

Only keyboard and mouse connected to the computer. In Device Maneger its everything ok, no exclamation mark or red x.

Events in eventvwr.exe:

  • "The UMDF reflector was unable to complete startup because the WUDFPf service was not found. This service may be started later during boot, at which point Windows will attempt to start the device again."
  • "The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ROOT\WPD\0000."

Will these messages may be related to the freezing of the pc?

Now i have black screen when reboot :sleepy:

I am pretty well out of ideas but I refer you to this thread with a problem similar to yours, there may be something there for you:
http://www.eightforums.com/drivers-hardware/43874-driver-wudrd-failed-load.html

I will try this solution.

I fix the black screen when reboot with this Updates KB2975719 and KB2984006 cause black lock screen on restart - Microsoft Community (Updates KB2975719 and KB2984006 cause black lock screen on restart).

I will continue by testing to see if I fix removing these updates. Also I will check your link. Thanks!

Reinstall your OS.

The OP has already reinstalled windows and is having the freezing problem, I don't believe it was a bad install though I could be wrong.

I reinstalled Windows 8.1 without (this time) downloading the updates and everything runs fine. I install the drivers and nothing more. I think one of the updates is bringing me conflicts. But .. which of the updates?
