How to eliminate Buzzdoc ads?

Can someone please give me some suggestions as to how to eliminate 'Buzzdoc ads'?! This is driving me nuts. I don't know where it came from, but a few days ago it showed up in my Firefox browser, and now every single time I do a Google search i've got this damn Buzzdoc ads popping up at the top 1/4 of the page. since then, I've been getting lots of popups and ads and all kinds of other crap. I think it all started with the Buzzdoc ads, so I really want to get rid of that. Also, since I'm getting random ads popping up, I'd love to deal with with that too!

I went to downloads.com and downloaded a few apps to try to clear up my machine.

So far, I ran 'CCleaner', 'Ad-Aware', and 'SUPERAntiSpyware'. Those utilities found a few issues, and resolved all. Nevertheless, now I'm still having all the problems I had before I ran these three utilities. PLEASE HELP!!

Oh, shoot! After dealing with this annoyance for the past few days I think I finally found a solution. I did a Google search for 'remove positive finds ads' and found this.

I followed the steps, starting about 1/3 of the way down the page, and that seems to have fixed the problem. Hopefully this solution helps others!!
