Remove input indicator from registry - is it possible?

I'm using a light program called "Language Indicator" which displays a flag of the languages I'm switching between and thus I don't need that input indicator. I know all possible ways to remove it but it comes back when I reboot the computer. So, is there any possibility for it to be disabled through regedit.exe? I'm thinking this would be the only way to prevent it from coming back after the computer has been rebooted.
