Black Screen problem

Hello people , i have a laptop Acer Aspire E1-572G and running windows 8.1 Pro x64 . These days (about 3 or 4) i was downloading some stuff and let the computer for about 12h downloading. After that when i went back to home i open the screen but didn't so something. The computer was open but the screen was black. I had to force close it with the power button and open it again . Do you know why this happens?

and something else. Sometimes when i reboot it i get an error , windows 8.1 troubleshoot coming in says that collecting info and when the computer opens a tab pop-up and saying send details to microsoft.Thanks in advance i hope this is a tiny problem and it will solved!

Sorry for my late answer but i had a huge problem.. Ehm, after some minutes when the display is turned off computer doesn't wake up but it's working. When this is happening i have to force close with power button then open it again ...
