Solved Need help with CRC errors

Hello. I'm not sure if anyone here can help me but y'all have helped me A LOT in the past and I'm hoping y'all can help me or at least point me in the right direction again

Problem: My DSL modem keeps building up CRC Errors very fast (1500+ every 15minutes) and it keeps knocking out my internet when I try to surf.

Fix attempts: I of course called my ISP and they sent over a vet tech and he's done every from giving me a new modem to hanging a aerial wire. The last one actually gave me internet for a good 8hrs before being knocked out again but the issue is back again. After searching for what could be causes of the CRC errors that are within my power to change or fix and I ran across a lot of thread talking about CRC errors but they had to do with drives and unzipping files larger than 250mbs. Then one said that my mother board could be bad but after running windows memory diagnostics, I was put at ease (Was very worried lol) that it wasn't that.

I would like to know if the CRC errors I'm having trouble with are the same as the one's I've read about. I also ran speccy to help provide more information on my machine and if someone could review it and let me know if I missed something or there is something I can fix, I would greatly appreciate it.

welcome to eightforums ,just to get this started , I just want to say that there is more to a motherboard than ram ,a ram test doesn't rule out a bad motherboard
also iam no expert ,so I may not even be able to help much , since crc errors are usually problems with disk file corruptions how do you know the modem is causing the crc errors.

this maybe premature ,but did you consider a reinstall of windows

When I log onto the modem from the url in my browser, at the bottom of one of the sub menus, it shows me CRC errors. I can provide a screen shot if needed but there really isn't much to see besides that and the errors are only on the "Near End". Not sure what that means though.

as I said in my last post this is new error to me ,but I googled and read a bit ,must say confusing ,but same said they had filters put on the lines ,did your isp suggest or try this

Post a copy of the signal levels and the errors. It is okay to have Corrected Blocks. But too many uncorrected, or FEC errors, you need to call your provider and have them check over the line, along with making sure inside wiring is up to snuff.

Do you have any other phones on that line at your house? A telephone and DSL Modem share a line but use different frequencies but to keep them separate a filter is used to isolate the frequencies. "near end" means the CRC errors are on the data you are receiving.

I only have one active line in the whole house that is the only line connected to the modem. It's just that the Vet Tech(10 years on the job) is having a hard time finding the cause of the errors. All I wanted to do was just make 100% sure that it wasn't my computer causing the problems in some way I didn't noticed or could fix but it seems like this is out of my control xD
