    Is My Backup Setup Sufficient?

    Hi,

    My system comprises of:

    1TB System Disc
    1TB Spare Disc

plus an external USB 3.0 JBOD enclosure containing:

    4 Discs totalling 6TB

plus a network attached 1TB Portable disc.

Using the 4 discs in the enclosure I created a Two-Way Mirror Storage Space to which I have set File History to write to.

I have made sure that everything I could not afford to lose is contained within Libraries.

I use EaseUS to create system images (2 of, current one plus last one), these are written to the 1TB Spare Disc.

I also use EaseUS to copy my most important files, i.e. Photos & Office files to the 1TB Potable network disc.

Do you think I have all bases covered or is there more I should consider doing?

    Regards..,

You done superbly well! Much better than any of my backup/restore OPerations! Because any connected and spinning internal or external SSD or platter-clatter drive might just possibly get infected by bitsNpieces anti-viri-spy/mal-ware, over here, after I clone OS onto HD2's 1st partition, after I clone data mess-uh-stuff onto HD2's 2nd partiton, I reHide both HD2 volumes , then goto CTL-PNL/Device Mgr & disable HD2.
The only caution I give you: consider not having so many backup routines that you lose track of what is where, when what is where, etc.
And, once in awhile, test your single-file or single-folder restore ability. Pretend the main drive does not boot, pretend you cannot get to your normal Cdrive Windows, ...and... -- quoting Finding Nemo: "Now what?"

    Thanks matey 😄.

This is the culmination of years of practice from Window 3.1 to XP. Many, many, many sleepless nights spent reinstalling Windows OSes.

I held off as long as possible before upgrading from XP to 8.1and only did due to MS's drop in support.

Getting fairly used to & 8.1 now, much better with Classic Shell superimposed though.

Disregard my advice about too many backup/restore routines; your routines are superb, I meant do not add too many more of them
