So, today, I was going through some startup programs to see if I could disable some to improve performance when I scrolled down to see a program named "Program" with no author/publisher and the startup impact as "Not measured". I have no clue as to what this could be. Any future help is appreciated!

Not Measured means that the application was not run at startup. Usually, such a value appears for apps which were uninstalled but may still be registered to run at startup.

I believe it is a dead item from a previous uninstall that did not fully remove and it poses no threat or load. Right click it and disable then reboot the computer and see if it is still there. Afterwards you may also run the cleaners in CCleaner freeware and see if it will disappear. Playing in the registry is not worth doing.

"...Playing in the registry is not worth doing..." Playing with PC-speedsters, PC-magically-delicious, etc. not worth doing either.

Ok, thanks, just making sure the "Program" wasn't malicious or anything. Thanks again!
