Hi Just bought a new computer with Windows 8. since last January 2014 i've had it. Well all of a sudden now every couple months it goes into Refreshing mode & on screen says Refreshing computer i don't know why it is doing this is this Fixable???? It's also taking out my programs i have put it HELP!!!!!!!

Never heard of this. Check for a virus or malware. Check also the tasks in Task Scheduler..

I was wondering if it had anything to do with User accts? i looked in there and seen under enviroment variables TEMP could that be the reason??? how do i put it in the everyday user mode
