How to stop mouse from waking computer

I have a Microsoft mobile mouse 4000. How can I get it to stop waking the computer from sleep mode. I just want to be able to have the keyboard wake it up. I went into device manager and unchecked "Allow this device to wake the computer.
    Thanks

Check BIOS for a setting similar to that, it may be overriding windows power settings.

Use the lastwake command to find exactly what woke the computer last: Lastwake Command - Windows 7 Help Forums
or even better, find a list of devices: Devices - See Devices that are able to Wake Up the Computer - Windows 7 Help Forums

After the above tutorial, use this one to disable the device via a command prompt (use option 2): Devices - Allow or Prevent to Wake Up Computer - Windows 7 Help Forums

The movement of the mouse directly correlates with the waking of the computer.
So I'm confident that it is the mouse

Even so, finding the exact device name in one of the two first tutorials I posted will allow you to do the last tutorial I posted, which should disable it in command prompt...

    Control Panel/Mouse/click Hardware tab
highlight 'MS mouse 4000' (in my case Logitech mouse) then 'Properties' box (lower R)

Under 'General' tab click 'Change settings' (lower L)

Click 'Power Management' tab (far R)
uncheck 'Allow this device to wake the computer'

    edit: add screens

The title pretty much says it all. The trackpad changes settings after the computer wakes from sleep. I have the right click disabled, and inertia scrolling enabled, and after waking up these settings change to defaults I assume. What can I do to fix this? Thank you

Waking my computer in General Support
At different times I use sleep, hibernate, or standby. But all of them require me to push the power button to resume, and my old computer let me move the mouse or press any key. I've used Control Panel and the Search function, but I can't find how to change it.
