0x0000034 your pc need to be repaired

So I was playing games on my computer and my mouse started moving slow and it wasnt responding very well so I hit Control-Alt-Delete and the screen came up saying please wait so I waited 5 mins nothing happened so as you do I hit the power button and it turned off I thought great yes now I'll wait 20 seconds and turn it back on but the computer had other ideas it turned on but not how I wanted to, I was greeted by a screen saying

I bought my laptop so I have no recovery drives backups windows installation none of it and I am the system admin so that's well... Useless PC manufacturer, yea Acer will be a big help (sarcasm) so I'm gonna take it to a pc repair but I wanna see if there's anything I can do, I don't really mind If I loose my stuff cause hey it's basiclly all games, any help appreciated. Gonna go spend the next few days playin games and watchin videos on my phone, I hate that power button *sigh*. Thanks in advance

Don't take it to a repair facility unless you absolutely have to, they are full of greed.

Yes I do have a second computer, pc repair guys a greedy? Do they want my money or my computer

download and create windows media ( link in my sig below) boot from media and when you get to the install screen

select repair this computer - bottom left corner..

I can't even turn my computer on how do I install a program without being to navigate around, I'm just a simple gamer I don't know these things

create the media, insert the media into drive, turn on pc, press F12 as soon as you see first logo (firmware Boot), select USB or DVD to boot to the media you created..

You can download and create that media from any PC
