Hi, in Windows 8.1, I know how to pin a shortcut to taskbar, by just dragging it to the taskbar, and it's done.
But some programs, like Googe Chrome, don't behavior like a shortcut pinned to taskbar, cause when I click them, they actually take control of the pinned icon and expand it. I don't want that.
I want a Chrome icon in the left of the taskbar, and when I click it, another Chrome item gets opened in the taskbar.
