So I was moving files to my external USB for saving space on this tablet ( Acer Iconia ), I accidentally selected the "Camera roll" folder and came to notice when I tried to make pictures with the camera app. Because I did Cut/Paste action.

Thank you for your time.

so you copied it to the external usb ,why not just move it back, other drastic option would be to backup important stuff and reinstall android.

I already did

I already tried and when I get to the folder there's nothing there. could it be that the camera roll is hidden after updates ?

Thank you and have a nice day

I had deleted the camera roll folder because I don't have a smart phone or camera just the preinstalled camera app. I just checked this out and the folder came automatically back: Just open the camera app allow the permission close then open pictures folder in file explore and it'll reappear.

Sorry for your confusion Caperjack I have windows 8.1 in this Acer Iconia. Well I deleted the folder I will wait until is rebuilt because it is of no use if the app cannot detect it.

Thank you for your time guys :)
