Hello Arbiem, and welcome to Eight Forums.

I don't see the proper command entered from step 3 of option 3 in your screenshot. What are you trying to take ownership of?

It depends on what you are trying to take ownership of.

NOTE: Substitute full path of folder or drive with the full path of the folder or drive letter, and substitute file extension with the actual file extension that you want to take ownership of within quotes.

I assume you are trying to do this below.

If so, then you would need to use step 3 in OPTION FOUR on the first page to take ownership of the Packages registry key at the location below.

    Note   Note
If you get the 0x8007064A error in quotes below, then it means that the Packages registry key below does not have System set as it's owner. For how, see step 3 in Option Four here. Afterwards, try again.

    Code:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModel\Repository\Packages
error 0x8007064A: Cannot register the request because the following error was encountered while initializing the windows.repositoryExtension extension: The
configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel.

Looks like you may need to refresh Windows.
