Win 8.1 Help is almost no help

Hi, I sed to be able to use help meaningfully in Win 7. I mean, I could search for things, and there were helpful hyperlinks, and everything seemed organised and useful.

Now if I search help, I get a blank. It doesn't even return 'Not found' or similar.

And 2 or 3 times I've come across this situation:
Help no longer available.jpg

I'm left thinking I need another option to express what I feel. (There's another like that related to the DEP pane- add exceptions etc- try 'How does it work?')

Is it just me, or has MS simply dumbed down help.. so we have to rely on Brink and other clever guys?

Sorry to add a "me too" but I've noticed that every single time I goto a Microsoft component's help, I also get the same message that "the content is no longer available" - this is the same on the Windows 10 Technical Preview. I don't know why this is but it does seem a bit odd!
